Senior Systems, Network Engineer

Tabush Group

• Act as a senior escalation point for complex support tickets • Troubleshoot advanced issues across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and virtualization • Resolve firewall, VLAN, VPN, routing, and switching issues in multi-site environments • Perform proactive server maintenance and infrastructure health checks • Monitor and respond to RMM alerts • Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues • Automate repetitive tasks using DattoRMM, PowerShell, and other scripting tools • Maintain clean and detailed ticket documentation • Communicate directly with clients to troubleshoot issues and explain technical solutions clearly

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in an MSP or IT support environment
  • Proven experience operating as a senior or Tier 3 support engineer
  • Deep expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure
  • Strong networking experience (firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching)
  • Strong background in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Experience with backup and disaster recovery platforms (Datto, Veeam, etc.)
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience
  • Experience working within an RMM platform (Datto RMM preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting methodology and ability to resolve issues independently without hand-holding
  • Strong understanding of security best practices
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Reliable internet connection
