• Actively manage and nurture relationships with existing national customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met in a timely and professional manner. • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to implement strategies to expand existing partnerships, both horizontally and vertically, within the customer's organization. • Troubleshoot any customer issues and liaise with the appropriate departments within our company to find swift and effective solutions. • Coordinate and collaborate with multiple internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer success, to ensure our offerings meet and exceed customer requirements. • Provide regular updates on account status to the sales leadership team, including challenges, opportunities, and risks. • Conduct regular check-ins and provide routine updates to current clients about our services. • Participate in the development of proposals and presentations for existing clients. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions that may affect our customer relationships and business strategies.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role in sales or account management.
- Experience working within the multifamily industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of customer requirements and market trends.
- Ability to work independently, manage large, diverse customer portfolios, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to travel as required to meet clients or attend industry events.
