Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd.
• Manage and grow pigment sales in the Plastics segment across Turkey. • Develop new business opportunities and drive revenue growth to achieve the target. • Identify and convert new potential customers, including distributors, resin manufacturers, and additive companies. • Provide technical and commercial support to customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction. • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and Key Accounts (15–20% of total business). • Conduct regular customer visits, technical discussions, product demos, and negotiations. • Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments to provide strategic insights. • Coordinate with internal teams (Product Management, Supply Chain, Technical Service) to meet customer requirements.
Job Requirements
- 5-12 years of B2B sales experience in pigments, plastics, chemicals, or related industries.
- Proven track record in selling organic (preferred) and/or inorganic pigments.
- Experience handling distributors and/or customers from the additives/resins industry.
- Strong commercial acumen with a technical understanding of products and applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Turkey for customer visits.
- Self-motivated, hands-on sales professional with the ability to work independently.
- Any Graduation with Techno-commercial profile with relevant pigment/plastics industry background.
