• Analyze, design and optimize internal and cross-departmental processes • Collaborate with Sales, Support, Marketing and Product teams to identify requirements • Document and structure workflows — clear, practical and sustainable • Maintain, develop and automate processes in HubSpot • Support integration and optimization of tools such as Confluence, Aircall, GitHub and Slack • Identify efficiency opportunities and implement improvements • Work with teams to operationalize processes and ensure they are followed

Job Requirements

  • Experience in process management, operations or a comparable role
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot (workflows, automations, CRM)
  • Experience with Confluence or similar tools is desirable but not required
  • Affinity for technology and software
  • Structured way of working without losing sight of the big picture
  • Team-player mindset — you collaborate closely with teams but can also drive initiatives independently
  • Friendly and clear communication
  • Ensure that guidelines and requirements are followed
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
