Product Hackers
• Gestionar y fortalecer las relaciones con nuestros clientes clave para maximizar el valor de esas relaciones tanto para la empresa como para el cliente • Gestionarás unas 15-20 cuentas (mínimo) de clientes • Garantizar las Renovaciones de los proyectos actuales • Aumentar el porcentaje de retención de clientes • Crear un Success Plan por cliente para asegurar este propósito • Incrementar el Ticket Promedio (ARPU) mediante la detección de oportunidades • Generar el crecimiento del proyecto con un objetivo de un 20% sobre el scope actual • Ejecutar QBRs (Revisiones Trimestrales) para garantizar la satisfacción del proyecto
Job Requirements
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia como Client Success
- Alta capacidad de negociación
- Excelentes habilidades comunicativas
- Conocimiento de negocios en diferentes sectores e identificación de oportunidades
- Carácter autodidacta y capacidad de aprendizaje rápido
- Capacidad de priorización y organización
- Capacidad de autogestión y autonomía
- Responsabilidad y proactividad
- Mentalidad de winner y capacidad de motivar al equipo
- Obsesión por la excelencia
- Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión y organización de proyectos: Google Drive, Notion, Pipedrive
- Conocimientos técnicos de Data, Adquisición, CRM y Growth
- Conocimiento sobre la Inteligencia Artificial
