Job Description
Conversational Designer
Blip
• Gather, consume, and apply inputs that enable the construction and evolution of the product based on the client's business objectives/rules and users' needs; • Analyze needs, technical feasibility, and opportunities for the use of AI in each delivery; • Lead workshops and other activities with clients and users for diagnosis, co-creation, and validation; • Create end-to-end conversational flows, applying UX best practices and cognitive principles (NLP, Generative AI, Regex, Fuzzy) to ensure smooth and effective interactions; • Model, monitor, and improve chatbot AI, ensuring brand and language consistency across all user touchpoints; • Master the features of the Blip platform, our AI products, and other cognitive solutions available in the market; • Materialize ideas for stakeholder validation through prototypes and dynamic presentations; • Define requirements for conversational experience quality tests; • Define and track conversational experience metrics; • Generate inputs to feed the chatbot's evolutionary roadmap; • Document the entire process following the area's recommendations and best practices; • Use AI to optimize internal work processes; • Participate in internal initiatives to broaden development, disseminate knowledge, and strengthen the conversational ecosystem; • Work collaboratively and integrally with non-technical teams, prompting strategic discussions and continuously sharing learnings.
Job Requirements
- Research techniques, personas, and user journey mapping;
- Information Architecture, Design Thinking, and Design Systems;
- AI curation and architecture applied to chatbots;
- AI providers such as Watson, LUIS, and Dialogflow;
- Conversational interaction experience metrics;
- Data extraction and analysis (SQL, Python);
- Prompt engineering (basic knowledge);
- Solution prototyping and usability;
- Design and collaboration tools;
- Agile methodologies;
- Documentation and organization of processes and projects;
- Time management and prioritization;
- Communication and client-facing skills for facilitating workshops, presentations, and meetings directly with stakeholders;
