Payroll Analyst

Flowserve Corporation

• Payroll processing, including checking time records, corrections, tax adjustments, and other inputs • Ensuring accurate and timely payroll closing, including complete data collection and verification • Ongoing management and updating of payroll procedures and documentation • Preparation of regular and ad hoc reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) • Checking payroll processes for compliance with internal guidelines, audits, and legislation (including SOX) • Actively addressing employee inquiries and providing support in accordance with legislation and collective agreements

Job Requirements

  • High school/university education and at least 3–5 years of experience in payroll
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Hungarian
  • Proven experience in payroll (ideally regional scope) and basic knowledge of tax and HR regulations
  • Experience with ADP, knowledge of Kronos or working with other suppliers is an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and the ability to create and interpret reports
  • Carefulness, attention to detail, and high standards when working with sensitive data
  • Excellent communication skills and customer support orientation

This work includes: • Work directly with Customers for Advising on complex use of Oracle products. • Resolving highly complex and mission-critical issues. • Serve as Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues. • Formal mentoring for promoting the technical and professional development of others. • Creation/review of Knowledge Articles.
