• We are looking for Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with Overall 10+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years of Fusion experience and remaining years of HCM domain experience in Oracle EBS. • Must have a good understanding of the following Oracle Cloud HCM version 23+ capabilities. • We are looking for a Functional person who has real-time hands-on functional/product experience; and/or worked with L3 level support; and/or having equivalent knowledge. • Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional issues of complex and critical service requests. • The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a Functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer. • Position is for a Support and/or Implementation Analyst with a background in Oracle SaaS Suite of products preferred in HCM application modules and business processes • Responsible for business requirements, gap analysis, functional workshops, design documents, set up documentation, configuration, business test scenarios and more important work with technical team on CEMI/RICE objects. • After post go-live provide customer production support, tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases. • The key skills used daily are - high level of techno-functional skills, Oracle products knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise. • It is an opportunity to work with Cloud and On-Premises customers. This work includes: • Work directly with Customers for Advising on complex use of Oracle products. • Resolving highly complex and mission-critical issues. • Serve as Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues. • Formal mentoring for promoting the technical and professional development of others. • Creation/review of Knowledge Articles.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation & support.
- Worked in 5 or more Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects as a Functional consultant with at least 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional lead or SME at least 3 modules as a SME
- Implementation/Support experience on Cloud HCM Modules like Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation GHR Foundational employee/worker master data, jobs, positions, org structures.
- Workforce Management WFM Scheduling, shift planning, workforce rules.
- Talent Management Module Recruiting Cloud ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud)Full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, candidate management, onboarding.
- Performance Management PM Goal setting, performance reviews, evaluations.
- Talent Management TM Succession planning, talent pools, career development.
- Learning OLC (Oracle Learning)
- Candidate must have hands on experience minimum in any of the following 5 modules - Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Workforce Management
- Should have Strong HCM business processes knowledge and concepts.
- Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Technically good Skills in SQL, OTBI/ BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows.

Role Description Au sein du pôle Qualité Liquidation de la solde de Toulon, vous serez le chef de la section MARINE du bureau Traitement qui se compose de 23 personnels civils et militaires. Vous serez responsable de la sécurisation de la solde (paie) des militaires de la Marine nationale au moyen de requêtes issues du calculateur de la solde et pour ce faire vous : - managerez les agents de la section MARINE ; - orchestrerez, coordonnerez et superviserez le travail des agents de la section en faisant analyser les soldes en anomalie pour garantir la sécurisation de la solde des militaires, conformément aux consignes et au calendrier de la solde ; - identifierez les requêtes permettant de garantir la sécurisation de la solde au regard du dossier de sécurisation ; - vous assurerez que les agents assurent la gestion et le suivi des trop versés (TV) ; - analyserez les dossiers complexes et/ou sensibles ; - transmettrez au Centre d’Expertise des Ressources Humaines (CERH) les demandes de correction RH ; - ferez remonter les anomalies fonctionnelles au chef de bureau ; - contribuerez à la montée en compétence des agents ; - répondrez en votre qualité d’expert aux questions de réglementation indemnitaire et de solde ; - évaluerez le personnel civil sous votre responsabilité (Comptes Rendus d’Entretien Professionnel) ; - effectuerez le travail préparatoire pour les notations du personnel militaire.
