Payroll Implementation Specialist

Oyster

• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to support the implementation of new customer payrolls. • Assist in creating, updating, and tracking project plans for Global Payroll solutions. • Participate in internal and external client calls. • Collect and document payroll requirements to support payroll migration and implementation. • Support management of scope changes and delivery timelines as needed. • Assist in configuring interfaces and reports to enable payroll runs. • Support payroll data migration activities from legacy systems. • Help execute testing plans to escalate system issues. • Help document client-specific needs and support project sign-off with customers.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting payroll implementation or system transitions.
  • Understanding of payroll migration and system implementation processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to structure and deadlines.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling.
  • Project management experience.
  • Proven experience working with HR, Finance, Accounting, and Treasury teams.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.

Role Description InStride is currently seeking a motivated Implementation Manager responsible for leading InStride’s Clients and Academic Partners throughout their onboarding experience as well as future change order requests. This role will onboard both new Academic Partners to expand InStride’s network of available education programs, and new Clients who are launching life-changing education opportunities for their employees.
