• Your primary task is to help internal and external clients add (complex) tracking and fix issues that arise. • You will take extreme amounts of initiative and enthusiasm to get stuff done. You may not know how, but you figure it out by asking the right people, googling, and experimenting. • We’re looking for someone who is driven to set things up perfectly, but also practical enough to bake in some redundancy and be able to provide “good enough data” when the perfect set-up is not available. • Good problem-solving, can take a technical problem, break it down into manageable chunks, and execute. • Will be responsible for communicating with internal and external teams to win buy-in, explain issues, and communicate progress.

• Schedule and perform system installations, add-ons, and site surveys based on customer requirements and technical specifications. • Verify that all systems meet Mindray’s performance and quality standards through comprehensive testing. • Provide advanced on-site support for complex or escalated service issues beyond the capabilities of local service representatives. • Deliver after-hours phone support to assist customers, service representatives, and clinical staff with technical issues—offering timely solutions to minimize downtime. • Coordinate and perform system updates and upgrades as required. • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for all service and installation activities in accordance with Mindray’s Quality System and Administrative policies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Service Management, Technical Support, and Clinical Education—to ensure project milestones and customer needs are met.

• Implement client data, implement new features on existing clients, and assist in data integrity for all clients • Implement client Revenue Cycle data into applicable applications based off project requirements including Benchmark and systems applications • Create and configure ETL processes from multiple data sources in complex formats • Log, track, and document solutions to complex data implementation tasks in Jira • Build custom data transformation processes using commercial ETL tools • Develop new logical data model schemas and tables for the creation and use of physical data model schemas and tables • Attend client project virtual meetings focused on gathering requirements and communicating project progress and timelines • Mentor other Team Members on data implementation solutions

Role Description InStride is currently seeking a motivated Implementation Manager responsible for leading InStride’s Clients and Academic Partners throughout their onboarding experience as well as future change order requests. This role will onboard both new Academic Partners to expand InStride’s network of available education programs, and new Clients who are launching life-changing education opportunities for their employees. As Client and Academic Partnerships evolve, the Implementation Manager will also lead expansions. Successful candidates are comfortable operating independently to seamlessly run multiple business-critical implementation initiatives, blending relationship management with the ability to define, implement and scale processes. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Implementation.
