Marketing Coordinator
JBS Dev | Strategic Technology Experts
• Take ownership of cross-functional sales and marketing initiatives, and drive them to completion • Manage and keep cross-functional initiatives moving across marketing, sales, and leadership • Coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables for campaigns and digital projects • Create and update digital marketing assets (presentations, one-pagers, landing pages, campaign materials) • Manage website updates including new case studies, SEO-optimized pages, and content refreshes • Support SEO initiatives in collaboration with internal or external partners • Assist in campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking • Prepare and coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and marketing activations • Add new and expand existing project overviews to ensure clarity of scope and objectives • Maintain task accountability, deadlines, and ownership clarity • Run weekly marketing standups and status updates • Identify risks and proactively remove blockers to maintain velocity • Standardize workflows and improve marketing process efficiency over time • Track campaign performance and ensure milestones are met
Job Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in project management, sales operations, marketing operations and coordination, and/or similar role
- Experience supporting a sales team in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of GTM strategy and sales funnel mechanics
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, content marketing, campaign execution)
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello (or similar platforms)
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to operate independently and proactively
- Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
