• Liderar el desarrollo comercial y la expansión de los servicios de DDA Group Colombia en el mercado colombiano. • Identificar, prospectar y generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio. • Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas: prospección, reuniones, presentación de propuestas, negociación y cierre. • Representar institucionalmente a DDA Group Colombia ante clientes y aliados estratégicos. • Elaborar informes mensuales de gestión comercial (reuniones, oportunidades, análisis de mercado y resultados). • Cumplir con los KPIs trimestrales definidos en conjunto con la dirección. • Mantener y fortalecer el posicionamiento estratégico de la marca en el mercado local. • Actuar bajo un acuerdo de exclusividad comercial.
Job Requirements
- Más de 3 años de experiencia en agencias o empresas de publicidad, marketing o diseño.
- Experiencia comprobable en desarrollo de negocio B2B.
- Sólida capacidad de prospección y generación de oportunidades (Hunter mindset).
- Habilidades avanzadas de negociación y cierre comercial.
- Amplia red de contactos y networking estratégico en el mercado colombiano.
- Excelente comunicación ejecutiva y capacidad de representación institucional.
- Alta ética comercial y enfoque en el cuidado de marca.
- Autogestión, disciplina y fuerte orientación a resultados.
