• Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff to go-live • Build and manage detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with agreed scope • Push initiatives forward with urgency and clarity • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers • Lead implementation calls and status meetings • Provide structured updates, next steps, and clear documentation • Translate customer requirements into actionable internal tasks • Maintain professional, proactive communication via email, video calls, and documentation • Align Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams around project goals • Ensure accountability across teams • Remove blockers and escalate risks when necessary • Identify potential delays early and proactively mitigate them • Maintain detailed project documentation and task tracking • Use modern project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Monday, etc.) • Ensure visibility into milestones, risks, and deliverables • Document decisions, action items, and scope updates clearly

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Implementation Management, or similar role
  • Experience in SaaS or technology environments preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong customer-facing presence and executive-level professionalism
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and driving projects to completion
  • Experience using modern project management tools (Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Monday, etc.)
  • Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter with strong follow-through and bias toward action
