Project Manager

Damovo

• Project planning and co-ordination of internal and external resources and associated documentation • Ensuring site migrations are delivered on time and within budget through careful and detailed work stream management • Creating project schedules and chairing customer meetings • Owning and managing communication and governance with stakeholders • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers at an operational level in order to influence customer behaviour and ensure project deadlines are achieved • Meeting customer expectations, particularly in terms of quality and timelines in line with departmental standards, procedures and guidelines • Developing daily & weekly status reports and create documentation for reporting

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar project management role within the IT services industry
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with fluency in English
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including Unified Communications, Contact Centers, Enterprise Networks, and Global IT Services
  • Strong customer facing skills with excellent attention to detail and coordination skills
  • Hardworking, flexible, results-oriented individual capable of working under pressure
  • A qualification in Business, Engineering, or I.T. is desirable
