Monitor sales trends and market dynamics, incorporating insights into account planning and execution. • Partner in a cross-functional model with Enterprise Architecture Teams, Client Success Managers, and Operational & Delivery teams to represent Ensono and ensure successful outcomes. • Communicate information effectively to diverse internal and external audiences, translating business and technology value clearly. • Serve as a trusted IT advisor to clients and contribute to their tactical and strategic planning efforts. • Challenge assumptions and existing approaches to drive improved results and innovative solutions. • Support the development and mentorship of sales talent through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

• Lead design, deployment and automation efforts related to public cloud platforms • Serve as a technical point of escalation and drive incidents/problems until resolution utilizing advice and assistance from manufacturers and other team members as required • Keep client stakeholders and project managers apprised of project status throughout the project life cycle with detailed and thorough communication • Serve as the subject matter expert in cross-functional client workshops and engagements • Develop a wide range of client assessment and design deliverables including written documents and precise low-level diagrams • Constantly evolve technical skill sets with certifications, training, and conferences during free time based on business requirements • Support and mentor less experienced team members through training sessions and on-the-job mentoring • Represent AHEAD in a professional manner to clients, partners, and peers • Track, maintain, and report travel and expense activities in accordance with AHEAD policies • Track, maintain, and report weekly time in accordance with AHEAD policies

• Work closely with US-based clients to understand their Service Cloud needs and provide strategic guidance on best practices and out-of-the-box solutions. • Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to align with the client's business processes and requirements, integrating AI capabilities where applicable. • Ensure all modifications are thoroughly documented to maintain a comprehensive repository and SOP guides for the sustaining team. • Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce to extend Service Cloud functionality. • Ensure seamless integration between Service Cloud and other Salesforce clouds or external systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve Service Cloud issues, providing timely and effective support. • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and Service Cloud updates to leverage new features and functionalities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices while mentoring junior developers and sharing expertise in advanced Salesforce features. • Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication. • Engage with stakeholders, elicit business needs, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
