• Побудувати та запустити Android automation як повноцінну working practice: • Створити стабільний regression suite • Інтегрувати automation в CI/CD • Забезпечити швидші релізи з меншою кількістю дефектів у продакшені • Підвищити технічну зрілість QA-функції через менторство. • Розвиток native mobile automation framework (Kotlin + Jetpack Compose) • Написання автотестів для критичних user flows (onboarding, subscriptions, core features) • Інтеграція automation у CI/CD (blocking та non-blocking suites) • Аналіз і стабілізація flaky тестів • Формування mobile automation pyramid разом з Android командою • Менторинг General QA (code review, технічний розвиток) • Репортинг automation-метрик
Job Requirements
- 4+ роки в automation, 2+ роки в mobile automation
- Native Android automation: Kotlin + Jetpack Compose, або Java + Appium
- Досвід дизайну framework з нуля
- CI/CD інтеграція автотестів (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Bitrise — будь-який)
- Робота з Android SDK, емуляторами, реальними девайсами або device farms
- API testing (REST Assured, Retrofit або аналоги)
- Git (branching strategies, PR workflow)
