• Design and implement mobile services that have a significant impact on our customers' business and users • Work hand-in-hand in interdisciplinary teams with developers and other stakeholders to create digital products and services for our customers • Translate complex product and service requirements into easy and intuitive user flows based on business and user needs • Identify overarching interaction patterns to ensure a consistent brand and user experience with a keen eye for detail • Take the UX lead role in client projects and manage communication to clarify design requirements and decisions • Prepare, execute and follow up user tests and interviews with the help of the team • Support other designers in their daily work and share your knowledge with them to further advance design culture • Conduct co-creation sessions and facilitate workshops and presentations with customers and our success teams • Share ideas outside of the project context and contribute to the design and evolution of nine:41 as an agency • Keep up to date with the latest developments, trends, and thinking - in UX and beyond - and share your knowledge and thoughts
Job Requirements
- At least two years of experience in designing digital experiences as a user experience designer, information architect, or similar UX-related role
- An first online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience
- Fluency in best practices for information architecture, user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of UX principles and techniques
- Familiarity with user interface patterns, design systems and the newest tech/UX trends
- Experience working in an agile, collaborative team and directly with developers for implementation of designs
- Strong proficiency in a variety of popular design tools like Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe CC, Principle or alike
- Ability to synthesize research, develop insight-driven strategies and facilitate workshops, pre-sales activities and pitches
- Excellent design argumentation, communication and organizational skills
- Fluent English and German language skills
