• Your primary focus will be supporting our DaaS model, ensuring a smooth flow of creative output. • Execute a steady stream of diverse design tasks - from performance marketing creatives (social ads, banners) to branding assets. • Translate briefs from clients and Project Managers into functional, visually compelling designs that convert. • Work with and expand upon existing brand guidelines. • Build prototypes and wireframes for digital products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. • Stay ahead of the curve by mastering new tools and trends.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience, ideally within an agency or a fast-paced in-house team.
- Advanced proficiency Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- A strong body of work demonstrating not just creativity, but commercial awareness.
- Communication: Fluent in English (corporate language) with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
