• As the go-to motion specialist, you'll be the creative and technical bridge to the Elbdudler team. • You will have full ownership of your projects, from concept to delivery. • Own the Post-Production: You will independently manage the entire video post-production workflow, with a primary focus on DaVinci Resolve. This includes editing, high-end color grading, sound design (Fairlight), and mastering. • Bring Ideas to Life: Animate 2D/2.5D graphics and typography that are sharp, clever, and perfectly on-brand. (Experience in Resolve's Fusion page is a massive plus). • Collaborate (in German): You'll be in daily, direct contact with the Hamburg team. You'll take briefs, challenge ideas, understand creative nuances, and present your work with all in German. • Master Social-First: Create fast-paced, "snackable" content that stops the scroll. You understand the formats, rhythm, and technical specs for TikTok, Reels, and Stories im Schlaf (in your sleep).

• Execute a steady stream of diverse video tasks sequentially • Turn raw footage and briefs into polished visual communication • Master the Feedback Loop with unlimited revisions until client satisfaction • Translate fast-paced Slack briefs into visually compelling video narratives • Work across multiple client portfolios, adhering to diverse brand guidelines • Stay ahead of new tools, editing trends, and audio-visual styles

• Your primary focus will be supporting our DaaS model, ensuring a smooth flow of creative output. • Execute a steady stream of diverse design tasks - from performance marketing creatives (social ads, banners) to branding assets. • Translate briefs from clients and Project Managers into functional, visually compelling designs that convert. • Work with and expand upon existing brand guidelines. • Build prototypes and wireframes for digital products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. • Stay ahead of the curve by mastering new tools and trends.
