Role Description This role involves the end-to-end creation and delivery of all marketing, sales, and internal visual content. - Design and finalize high-volume graphic assets across digital channels, including digital ads, social media graphics, email assets, and landing pages. - Prioritize design requests, manage project deadlines, and maintain a robust, organized asset library. - Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to design high-impact PowerPoint decks and presentations. - Lead the design and execution of physical marketing touchpoints, including flyers, white papers, tradeshow materials, and branded swag. - Create new style guidelines and internal design standards to support growing visual needs. - Work closely with the Email Marketing Specialist on campaign creative and collaborate with Product Designers. Qualifications - 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced start-up, insurance, or tech environment. - 4-year degree in Graphic Design or a technical design certificate required. - A versatile design portfolio showcasing both digital (web, social, email) and print (flyers, tradeshow materials) work. - Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Experience working in a “squad” or “pod” structure alongside Product and Marketing specialists. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple production deadlines. - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively in a high-volume production environment.
