Associate District Manager – F&B

• Maintain direct relationships with customers served by Account Managers, ensuring closeness, trust, and excellence in the customer experience. • Lead Engineering and Digital projects, including conveyor cleaning automation, 3DT CIP, lubrication solutions, bottle washers, and CIP processes. Serve as a technical reference, supporting implementations and contributing to sales opportunities. • Develop new business within the customer base by identifying opportunities, expanding presence, and strengthening long-term partnerships. • Focus on TVD — value generation and capture for district customers, ensuring measurable impact and sustained results.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales within the Food & Beverage industry, with a strong consultative approach and business development focus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the organization's policies, processes, products, and services.
- Engineering skills (essential technical concepts) to support accounts and assist with high-value solutions.
- Availability to travel as required by operations and customer service needs.
- Experience negotiating and managing relationships with strategic customers.
- Experience with performance indicators, results analysis, and data-driven decision making.
- Analytical profile with the ability to diagnose, plan, and prioritize.
- Familiarity with Forecast and P&L, interpreting financial impacts and contributing to business management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Food, Materials, etc.) or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
