• Lead the ongoing optimization and stabilization of the NetSuite ERP system • Review and improve existing configurations across AR, AP, inventory, banking, and bill of materials modules • Architect and implement system customizations to enhance financial reporting and supply chain KPIs • Assess and correct existing integrations (Shopify, Amazon, 3PL, EDI, and other connected platforms) • Support automation initiatives including high-volume order processing (2,000–3,000 daily orders), payment reconciliation, and shipment tracking • Manage multi-location warehouse setup and multi-entity reporting requirements • Collaborate with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Provide long-term ERP roadmap planning aligned with automation and AI initiatives • Coordinate with existing consultants for basic tasks while leading strategic system execution • Provide documentation, system training support, and best practice recommendations

• Collaboratively build, execute and maintain strategies, processes and expertise that support Disney alliance storytelling priorities within the National office and chapters. • Maintain and build out Disney alliance chapter storytelling guidance and examples, driving organizational implementation of Disney wish storytelling priorities. • Lead proactive Disney wish story mining through review of pending wish spreadsheets and via direct outreach to chapters. • Develops programs to engage multiple stakeholders with Make-A-Wish America cross departmentally, with Disney hometown chapters and via existing wish-granting programs. • Track chapter activation of Disney campaign and storytelling implementation via website and social media monitoring. • Align with Brand storytelling team to ensure organizational best practice sharing and cross department collaboration.

• Directly responsible for the development and negotiation of clinical trial budgets for assigned projects and ensuring contracts are routed and executed timely • Creates budget grids, negotiates budget and payment terms, and routes final documents for signatures • Reviews, negotiates, and routes clinical trial budget and contract amendments for execution • Collaborates with individual sites on their specific trial needs • Works collaboratively, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external entities • Utilizes internal systems of Devana and LinkSquares for internal and external communications • Actively and effectively communicates status of budget negotiation with key internal and external stakeholders, escalating any issues that could impact project timelines or other aspects for study start-up • Ensures timelines and goals are met • Assist with special projects as needed

• Overseeing fleet maintenance operations across multiple locations • Ensuring vehicle maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance programs, and fleet compliance requirements are executed safely and efficiently • Providing leadership and oversight of in-house maintenance shops • Managing relationships and performance with third-party maintenance providers • Collaborating with local operations leadership and corporate fleet team for fleet reliability and vehicle availability
