• Own and exceed regional sales targets by building, managing, and forecasting a high‑quality pipeline across both direct and partner-led opportunities. • Recruit, onboard, and enable new go‑to‑market partners, ensuring strong alignment with Quest’s strategic priorities and regional growth plans. • Drive revenue expansion by executing joint sales campaigns and partner-led demand generation initiatives across priority market segments. • Design and operationalize co‑selling strategies in collaboration with partners, leveraging the Quest Partner Program to ensure scalable, repeatable execution. • Develop deep, strategic partner relationships, transforming key regional partners into long-term, high‑performing contributors to the business. • Lead ongoing partner engagement, including training, quarterly business reviews, and structured opportunity planning to maintain alignment and accountability. • Travel within the region and internationally as needed to engage partners, support customer opportunities, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales experience within the software industry, with a strong track record of driving complex, high‑value opportunities.
  • Deep channel sales expertise, including the ability to collaborate with, influence, and manage high‑performing partner ecosystems.
  • Proven success selling cloud migration, cybersecurity, and data analytics solutions, spanning business intelligence, data management, data integration, data governance, and data quality across software, hybrid, virtual, and cloud‑delivered models.
  • Fluency in the enterprise data analytics landscape, including data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, metadata management, master data management, and modern data architectures.
  • Strong ability to articulate business value, connecting technical capabilities to measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Credible engagement with senior data and analytics stakeholders, including Chief Data Officers, heads of data engineering, BI directors, data governance leaders, and analytics managers, with demonstrated ability to navigate complex enterprise buying centres across technical and business functions.
  • Demonstrated success closing high‑value deals exceeding USD $250,000.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity execution.
  • Familiarity with the MEDDIPICC qualification framework, with the ability to apply structured sales discipline to complex enterprise pursuits.
  • Proven capability to identify, recruit, and onboard go‑to‑market partners, building scalable, sustainable partner ecosystems that accelerate revenue.
  • Strong experience selling to senior economic buyers, including those with procurement authority and budget ownership.
