• Collaborate with internal and external SMEs to write content for new and existing courses on quantum computing and optimization methods. • Formulate optimization problems and write clean Python code. • Own and improve curriculum and learning experiences. • Create assessments to evaluate effectiveness of curriculum. • Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training, workshops, and hackathons. • Support online learners through office hours and assignments feedback. • Identify opportunities to improve content and learner experience.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree with 3+ years' experience in operations research, data science, optimization, mathematics, physics, computer science, or related technical field.
- Experience in solving real world optimization problems (discrete or continuous).
- Strong Python programming skills (2+ years).
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git).
- Solid understanding of optimization methods such as mixed-integer programming, constraint programming, and advanced heuristic techniques.
- Experience writing technical content for adult learners and delivering instructor-led training (in-person and virtual).
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
