• Collaborates with authors and team members to review documents, incorporate feedback, resolve conflicting comments, and deliver final, publication-ready materials. • Responsible for developing SOPs and other technical documents, organizing complex information, and translating subject-matter expertise into clear, user-friendly content. • Works directly with end users to gather information and convert it into effective written materials.

Job Requirements

  • Four years of experience writing and editing highly technical information and translating it into clear, easy-to-understand language for end users of complex IT systems.
  • Experience gathering and synthesizing information into well-structured written narratives.
  • Experience preparing and distributing technical meeting minutes or working-session notes that clearly outline attendees, discussion points, and action items.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other standard office tools.
  • Experience using various word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, and scheduling applications.
  • Ability to develop documentation that is easily understood and suitable for training purposes.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with authors and project teams to review documents, integrate revisions, resolve conflicting feedback, and produce final deliverables.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team on larger, more complex projects under the direction of a Project Manager or senior engineer.
  • AA degree or completion of a two-year technical program in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field. Four years of relevant experience may be substituted for formal education.
