• Design and develop a highly available, scalable, and secure ClickHouse Cloud platform for regulated and mission-critical environments. • Build innovative deployment automation across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem systems, including disconnected environments when needed. • Work closely with existing Dataplane and Core teams to ensure software parity with existing cloud infrastructure. • Solve unique scaling, reliability, and performance challenges in regulated environments. • Design and deploy ClickHouse Cloud on Kubernetes and containerized environments ensuring high availability, replication, and backup. • Develop and maintain Helm charts, operators, and Kubernetes manifests for database management. • Implement repeatable automation to build, scale, and troubleshoot infrastructure components across diverse deployment models. • Optimize ClickHouse Cloud database performance and storage architecture for on-prem, hybrid, and government cloud deployments. • Integrate secure authentication, encryption, and access control mechanisms. • Develop and maintain technical documentation for system architecture, security, and compliance audits. • Troubleshoot and resolve database performance, security, and operational issues. • Automate deployments and lifecycle management using Terraform, Ansible, or CI/CD pipelines.

• Support EU service operations through our Luxembourg entity to ensure day-to-day GDPR-compliant infrastructure and data handling practices • Assist with post-audit operational follow-ups for QTSP-related audits, including evidence preparation, remediation tracking, and recurring action items on a daily and weekly basis • Build and operate and monitor cloud infrastructure environments used for EU services, focusing on availability, access control, logging, and incident readiness • Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Engineering teams to implement and maintain audit-ready operational processes • Read and understand infrastructure and application code to support debugging, configuration validation, and operational troubleshooting (good-to-have, not core ownership)

• Customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016, and 365 • Developing plugins and integration points for D365 solutions • Configuring D365 solutions to integrate web portal solutions • Collaborating with network engineers on D365 CE and CRM installation • Researching and analyzing requirements for suitable solutions • Collaborating with clients for successful implementations • Providing critical thinking and problem-solving services • Being an active member of an agile project team • Reporting to Software Development Manager
