E-Business Suite Cloud Support Engineer – Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
CSCI Consulting
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.x) in OCI • Monitor and resolve application, workflow, and concurrent processing issues • Support EBS modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, HR, and Manufacturing (as applicable) • Support OCI compute, storage, networking, and backup/DR services for EBS • Collaborate with DBAs on Oracle Database performance, backups, and recovery • Coordinate patching, upgrades, cloning, and environment refreshes • Support security controls, IAM, vulnerability remediation, and compliance activities • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and change management • Maintain operational documentation and participate in on-call rotations
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.x)
- Hands-on experience supporting EBS in a cloud environment (OCI preferred)
- Strong understanding of EBS architecture and Linux/Unix environments
- Familiarity with Oracle Database administration concepts
- Experience supporting enterprise production systems
- Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
- Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
