• Serve as the lead architect for complex Salesforce Data 360 implementations, ensuring end-to-end solution integrity across ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation • Oversee all project phases -- Discover, Conceive, Build, and Evolve -- ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business outcomes • Translate client goals into actionable technical architectures and data strategies • Partner with developers, data engineers, and marketing technologists to configure, test, and validate Data 360 use cases • Provide architectural governance and thought leadership throughout implementation and post-launch optimization • Configure and test key Data 360 components, including data streams, data model objects, identity resolution rules, data bundles, calculated insights, and segment activations • Troubleshoot ingestion, mapping, and harmonization issues, ensuring smooth integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems. • Validate data pipelines and test real-time activation scenarios in compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare data privacy standards • Engage directly with client stakeholders, translating complex data concepts into business terms • Enable client teams through documentation, training, and co-innovation sessions • Support pre-sales efforts through solution scoping, demo environments, and RFP responses • Contribute to the growth of Bounteous’ Salesforce Data 360 practice by defining standards, templates, and reusable components

• Act as the primary owner of our cloud engineering function, driving standards, tooling, and best practices across the engineering organization. • Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure using AWS services and industry best practices. • Build, evolve, and maintain our infrastructure-as-code foundation using Terraform, with an emphasis on reusable modules and service templates. • Develop and maintain standardized service catalogs and infrastructure patterns to accelerate developer onboarding and reduce duplication. • Develop patterns, improve, and support CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable, and compliant software delivery. • Collaborate closely with application teams to design cloud-native architectures and guide them through implementation. • Drive cross-team initiatives that improve reliability, security, observability, and automation across the platform. • Lead technical planning, estimation, architectural reviews, and documentation for cloud initiatives. • Identify cloud optimization opportunities (performance, scalability, cost) and implement strategies to address them. • Conduct infrastructure reviews and provide mentorship to engineers to promote cloud fluency across the organization.

• Lead the design, deployment, and management of complex Azure-based cloud infrastructure. • Architect and develop reusable IaC modules and frameworks using Terraform. • Design and implement advanced automation solutions using Python and Bash. • Develop and maintain shell scripts for Linux system orchestration. • Administer and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and GitHub Actions. • Build and maintain Docker and Kubernetes-based container environments. • Lead incident response efforts and troubleshoot complex issues. • Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior cloud engineers.

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient Azure cloud architectures. • Lead infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines. • Drive automation across cloud operations using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles • Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and enforce policy-as-code using Azure Policy. • Collaborate with development and security teams to ensure secure deployment practices. • Support data engineering teams in deploying and managing data solutions (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse). • Explore and implement AI/ML solutions to optimize cloud operations (e.g., anomaly detection, predictive scaling). • Implement RBAC, network security groups, and Azure Defender to ensure compliance with enterprise standards. • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and patch management. • Use Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and AI-based insights to proactively manage performance and cost. • Lead incident response and root cause analysis for critical cloud issues. • Use Azure Backup & Site Recovery for High Availability & Disaster Recovery Implement cyber-attack Protection strategies. • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Contribute to cloud governance frameworks and business continuity planning.
