• Conduct manual testing through live calls, SMS conversations, and webchat sessions • Evaluate conversational flow, tone, intent recognition, and response accuracy • Identify bugs, logic gaps, edge cases, and failure patterns • Document issues clearly and collaborate with engineering on fixes • Create and maintain test scenarios for new features and agent launches • Validate improvements and prevent regressions before release

• Drive product qualifications and quality improvements for key performance indicators (KPIs) of suppliers • Own supplier First Article Inspection results and drive supplier compliance to Source Substantiation Plans • Provide supplier product release direction when part approval cycles are not complete • Collaborate with Supplier Quality, Supplier Quality Operations, and New Product Introduction teams • Provide onsite support at suppliers as needed (approximately 15% travel) • Utilize technical expertise and judgement to solve problems and offer solutions to processes

• You will work directly in pairs with our developers on a daily basis. • Instead of waiting for a feature to be finished to test it, you will collaborate from the very beginning to help the developer move fast and avoid mistakes early on. • You will map out user journeys and test standard business processes. • You will check our UI for inconsistencies and make sure the workflows make sense. • You will be looking for logical loopholes and edge cases that automated scripts usually miss. • You will be in charge of the quality for the features you work on. • You will advocate for the user and the business, communicating clearly with developers and product managers if something needs more work before it goes live.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases. • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks. • Execute manual and automated tests, analyze test results, and identify and report defects. • Work closely with developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues identified during testing. • Continuously improve and optimize the QA process, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness. • Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the QA team. • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in software quality assurance.
