• Identify and evaluate high value opportunities to deploy AI agents across the sales function. • Design, configure, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using LLMs, APIs, and integration tools. • Reduce manual effort in repetitive commercial workflows by embedding AI agents into daily sales activities. • Drive bottom up adoption by working directly with sales teams and individual contributors. • Ensure AI agents operate on clean, reliable data by working with revenue operations and data teams. • Define and track KPIs for each deployed agent. • Partner with Product, Engineering, and IT to align agent deployments with platform capabilities. • Stay current with emerging AI capabilities, LLM developments, and automation tools. • Maintain clear documentation for all deployed agents including design rationale and configuration. • Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and vendors relevant to commercial use cases.

• Build, Extend and maintain internal AI tools and automations. • Support data analysis and consolidation efforts across multiple portfolio companies, helping to identify patterns, clean datasets and prepare data for AI-driven insights. • Prototype AI-powered proof-of-concept applications that address specific operational challenges within DwyerOmega’s business units. • Design and refine prompts, system instructions and AI agent configurations to improve the quality and reliability of AI-generated outputs. • Evaluate and recommend emerging AI tools and platforms • Document technical approaches, architectural decisions and usage guides to support knowledge transfer and long-term maintainability.

• Guide apprentices to successful, timely completion of their programme. • Master group and individualised coaching techniques to enhance apprentice learning. • Adhere to coach quality frameworks to ensure a consistent level of quality for every coaching session and a consistent experience for every apprentice. • Create a vibrant, inclusive and motivating environment that drives apprentice learning, engagement and overall satisfaction. • Maintain an owner’s mentality, whether while working with assigned apprentices or in support of other coaches, be proactive in taking action, sharing feedback, or providing support to ensure the progress and success of our learners. • Work with Ops and other supporting teams to review and action the data provided to deliver the best experience for your apprentices. • Engage with apprentice managers for synchronous progress reviews using the information provided by the ops teams. • Focus on results related to the programme health of your apprentices, implementing interventions in partnership with operations team members to ensure learners stay on track, standing the best chance of success on programmes. • Utilize resources & learning opportunities provided by Multiverse, stay up-to-date on knowledge, learning and product updates, to ensure you are equipped to support your apprentices. • Build & maintain credibility with your apprentices by utilising a mixture of professional experience, program/domain knowledge and client context in your interactions. • Create a compelling narrative about Multiverse, our mission, and the pillars of our offering, and help apprentices connect to it through the duration of their apprenticeship, and beyond.

• Perform AI/ML-related tasks such as data labeling, annotation, and content evaluation • Participate in remote assignments or attend on-site sessions when required • Follow project guidelines and ensure high-quality task completion • Provide feedback and input during testing activities • Complete tasks within given timelines
