• Design and implement a multi-tiered, role-specific learning program that builds AI competence across the entire Association. • Develop self-paced digital learning paths, live virtual workshops, and peer coaching sessions that cultivate a “try-first” culture of experimentation. • Apply behavioral science principles to address resistance, build psychological safety, and accelerate technology adoption. • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on enterprise AI platforms and emerging agentic workflows. • Partner with AI Steering Committee to build internal momentum for AI adoption. • Collaborate with field offices, development teams, IT, HR (specifically L&D) to identify where AI can amplify grassroots organizing.
