• Design, configure, and optimize both self-hosted and cloud environments • Conduct migrations from self-hosted Atlassian instances to the cloud • Create custom project templates, workflows, reporting solutions, and others • Integrate Atlassian tools with external systems and platforms • Provide post-migration support, including troubleshooting and adjustments • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into technical solutions • Document workflows, processes, and migration steps • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence (Cloud & Data Center)
- Experience with cloud-based reporting and integration
- Familiarity with ITSM frameworks
- Understanding of identity and access management, data privacy, and security best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
