• Review crop insurance applications and policy documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and private program guidelines • Apply provisions of the Standard Reinsurance Agreement (SRA) and supplemental guidance to daily policy administration duties • Maintain organized and complete documentation trails for all underwriting actions and communications • Support internal control procedures by adhering to established underwriting protocols and flagging potential discrepancies • Assist in policy review and error tracking efforts in coordination with compliance and quality assurance teams • Participate in training sessions to stay current on crop insurance regulations, underwriting procedures, and system updates • Communicate effectively with agents, policyholders, and internal departments to resolve underwriting issues and ensure smooth policy administration • Contribute to cross-functional collaboration with claims, compliance, and accounting teams to support coordinated insurance operations • Other underwriting duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements
