General Manager
Dandy
• Develop and execute a comprehensive market-entry strategy for Dandy in Germany. • Build and maintain an initial customer base. • Develop and manage the business plan for Germany, including budget, revenue targets and operational KPIs. • Create and implement localized marketing and sales strategies. • Report on market performance and opportunities to global company leadership. • Establish and maintain key business relationships with partners, customers and stakeholders in the German market. • Represent the company to German government officials, industry associations and business networks. • Ensure compliance with all German federal and state regulations — in collaboration with the legal department. • Take on ad-hoc tasks as needed to successfully establish Dandy Germany.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant leadership experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously.
- Resilience and adaptability when dealing with ambiguity and change.
- Results-oriented with a high degree of ownership.
- Proven success in launching or scaling business units.
- Deep understanding of Dandy’s business models and end-to-end operational processes.
- Knowledge of the German business environment, market dynamics and regulatory framework.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in business development, sales leadership and P&L management.
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, required.
