• Prospección y Desarrollo de Clientes: Identificar y captar nuevas oportunidades de negocio a través de llamadas, visitas, networking y estrategias comerciales, ampliando y fortaleciendo la cartera de clientes. • Análisis de Necesidades: Comprender los requerimientos de los clientes para ofrecer soluciones personalizadas que aporten valor y respondan eficazmente a sus desafíos. • Presentación de Soluciones: Presentar productos y servicios de manera consultiva y persuasiva, destacando beneficios, diferenciales competitivos y retorno de inversión. • Negociación y Cierre de Ventas: Negociar precios, condiciones comerciales y plazos de pago, asegurando acuerdos rentables y relaciones comerciales sostenibles. • Cumplimiento de Metas: Alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ventas mensuales y trimestrales, contribuyendo activamente al crecimiento y resultados del equipo comercial. • Gestión de Oportunidades en CRM: Registrar, actualizar y dar seguimiento a leads y oportunidades de negocio en el sistema CRM, garantizando una gestión organizada y estratégica del pipeline. • Control y Registro Comercial: Mantener información precisa sobre pedidos, contratos, transacciones e interacciones con clientes. • Conocimiento del Portafolio: Mantenerse actualizado sobre el portafolio de productos y servicios, así como sobre el mercado y la competencia. • Atención y Fidelización Postventa: Brindar soporte posterior a la venta, fortaleciendo la satisfacción del cliente y promoviendo relaciones comerciales a largo plazo. • Trabajo Colaborativo: Colaborar activamente con el equipo comercial y liderazgo, compartiendo información estratégica, mejores prácticas y oportunidades de mejora continua.
Job Requirements
- Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en CRM;
- Experiencia en la generación de informes, KPI, cuadros de mando y análisis de mercado para el área de ventas;
- Experiencia trabajando en el área de Operaciones de Ventas para generar cuadros de mando, informes e indicadores para las áreas de negocio;
- Proyectos probados para generar propuestas de valor y la experiencia del cliente (ventas, entregas y recompra);
- Experiencia no setor hotelero
