• Own the end-to-end relationship with fiat providers and swap aggregators. Lead weekly and monthly business reviews to align on goals. • Advocacy & Conflict Resolution: Act as the voice of the partner internally while holding partners accountable to high service standards (SLAs). Lead tough conversations when performance dips. • Maintain a broad understanding of partner contracts and regulatory requirements to ensure long-term compliance and stability. • Monitor and report on metrics: conversion rates, transaction volume, revenue, and success rates. • Insight-Led Growth: Don't just report data—use it. Identify regional trends and friction points to suggest ways partners can increase their share of wallet. • Executive Reporting: Build structured reports for BD leadership that highlight risks, successes, and actionable recommendations. • User Journey Mapping: Deeply understand the flow from "App Download" to "Token Swap." Identify where users drop off and why. • Roadmap Influence: Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize feature requests and technical fixes that improve the partner/user experience. • Work with Marketing on partner campaigns, Legal on process changes, and Analytics to ensure data integrity. • Operational Excellence: Build scalable processes for onboarding new partners and managing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years in Account Management, Partnerships, or BD Operations. Experience in Fintech, Crypto, or Payments is a significant advantage.
- Communication: Exceptional English skills. You are confident leading high-stakes calls and can simplify complex technical data into clear business "wins."
- Web3 Knowledge: A solid grasp of non-custodial wallets, gas fees, and the fiat-to-crypto ecosystem. You should understand how a "swap" works on-chain.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient with spreadsheets and reporting tools. You enjoy finding the "story" behind the numbers.
- Mindset: Proactive, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. You are a "growth-minded" collaborator.

About the role: As an Account Manager, you will own high-level client interactions and relationships. Serving as a member of the revenue team, you’ll stay aligned with clients’ strategic objectives and drive their overall growth. You will lead various meetings such as cross-functional reviews, account strategy sessions, business reviews, and advise clients on product adoption and best practices. You’ll manage and report on client references requests, P&L, sentiment, and work with leadership to prioritize enhancement and configuration changes for your customers. This is a remote, full-time position offering a generous base salary, bonus, and commission opportunities.
