• Ensure structure, transparency, and operational discipline across the commercial organization. • Own the CRM as the single source of truth, maintain a reliable deal pipeline, and ensure that transactions are properly documented and execution-ready. • Coordinate the operational processes that allow deals to move smoothly from opportunity to completion by working closely with Sales, Finance, and external partners. • Bring clarity, structure, and accountability to commercial workflows to enable efficient sales operations.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in Sales Ops / RevOps (or related commercial ops roles) in a B2B environment; exposure to automotive/energy/cleantech is a plus.
- Strong CRM & operations skillset (HubSpot preferred): data quality/hygiene, pipeline discipline, and scalable process design.
- Experience supporting transaction execution processes, ideally including logistics coordination in a B2B environment.
- Fluent in English and German, with confident cross-functional communication across Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
- Hands-on, highly structured, detail-oriented, and proactive with a solution-focused mindset—and confident in enforcing process discipline and holding stakeholders accountable for data accuracy and execution standards.
- Interest or experience in sustainability topics (e.g., LCA, CO₂, Battery Passport) is a plus, along with the confidence to enforce process discipline and hold stakeholders accountable for data accuracy and execution standards.
