Job Description

Technical Services Analyst – Tires

Sumitomo Rubber do Brasil

• Deliver excellent customer service, exceeding expectations and providing a positive experience. • Make our customers smile and feel motivated to continue with us. • Perform technical analysis of our products when customer inquiries arise, ensuring accuracy. • Capture the voice of the customer through market research. • Participate in cross-departmental discussions and lead product verification activities for reported complaints. • Conduct field visits to distributors and end customers to collect information. • Produce technical materials and deliver internal and customer training.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering – preferably Mechanical or Automotive;
  • Intermediate English proficiency;
  • Advanced MS Office skills;
  • Strong knowledge of statistics, quality tools, and comfort with calculations and estimations;
  • Technical knowledge of tires is a plus.
