FTL Operator, Spanish Bilingual
Expedock
• Engage directly with vendors and carriers, including dispatchers, to initiate GPS-based tracking for full truckload (FTL) shipments. • Build and maintain strong carrier relationships to ensure smooth coordination of shipments. • Meet and maintain role KPIs to ensure timely and accurate execution of operational processes — using your discretion and judgment with minimal supervision. • Troubleshoot technical issues, initialize ELD and TMS connection requests, and access customer TMS portals to post shipment updates. • Respond promptly and professionally to customer and carrier inquiries via phone and email. • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of cargo to key FTL customers. • Verify that all shipment documentation is accurate and complete, including bills of lading and other support materials. • Oversee collection and delivery activities on behalf of key clients. • Schedule and trace customer shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring accuracy in all domestic transportation records. • Process transportation documentation with great attention to detail and compliance. • Support the Director of Domestic Transportation with administrative tasks and other assigned duties. • Participate in weekend rotations as needed. • Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned by management on a day-to-day basis.
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of industry-related experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding.
- Professional-level Spanish speaking skills (verbal communication required for carrier and dispatcher coordination).
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage communication professionally and efficiently.
- Working knowledge of freight forwarding procedures, regulations, and departments.
- Proficiency in desktop and web applications, including Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with systems such as Cargowise, SAP, or Turvo is a plus.
- Basic understanding of database structures, networking, and application interfaces.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications - Degree of Doctor of Medicine or an equivalent degree resulting from a course of education in allopathic medicine or osteopathic medicine. - The degree must have been obtained from an institution whose accreditation was in place for the year in which the course of study was completed. - Basic Requirements: - United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. - Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia. - Residency Training: Physicians must have completed residency training, approved by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs in an accredited core specialty training program leading to eligibility for board certification. - Proficiency in spoken and written English
