• Act as the central orchestrator for regional initiatives, managing task mapping, resource allocation, and prioritization to ensure timely delivery of projects. • Lead the regional design workflow by managing and prioritizing creative requests from CRM, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure high-quality output without bottlenecks. • Own and maintain the regional Confluence space, documenting processes, project post-mortems, and operational playbooks. • Serve as the right hand to the Head, facilitating communication with external partners and global teams to align regional needs with global standards. • Identify operational inefficiencies between departments and implement scalable solutions to improve cross-functional collaboration and delivery.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Operations or Project Management;
- Background in iGaming, Fintech, or a fast-paced tech environment;
- Strong expertise in Jira and Confluence (ability to build workflows and documentation);
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams (CRM, Product, Design, Marketing);
- Strong prioritization and resource management skills;
- Experience using prioritization frameworks (e.g., Eisenhower Matrix, ICE) is a plus;
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
- Professional English (Spanish will be a strong advantage);
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed (occasional evening or weekend coordination).
