Construction Foreman
Greatario Tanks & Covers
• Supervising and leading a field construction crew (typically 4 team members) • Working on active construction sites building municipal, industrial and agricultural liquid storage systems. • Operating power tools and equipment to assemble tank systems, including impact tools, torque wrenches and caulking equipment. • Implementation and enforcement of safety protocols • Supporting project timelines through reliable execution, teamwork and strong work ethic. • Communicates with project team on progress, issues and potential delays • Maintains administrative requirements i.e. timesheets, inspections • Assist with the coordination of labor, material and equipment needed for the project
Job Requirements
- Previous Supervisory experience in Construction
- Effective time management skills, ability to work well under pressure
- Valid Class G driver’s license or ability to get to crew meeting point
- Comfortable with physically demanding work
- Comfortable working outdoors for long periods of time in all types of weather
- Previous equipment operation experience i.e. Telehandler, Skid steer, elevated work platform
- Understanding of both oral and written instructions
- Eye for detail, precision and aesthetics – understanding of the importance of job cleanliness and organization
- Leads by example, with a high level of integrity and professionalism

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors on-site. • Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards. • Oversee project documentation and reporting, leveraging construction management software (Procore experience preferred but not required). • Coordinate schedules, resources, and labor to achieve project milestones. • Address and resolve issues during construction, minimizing disruptions to timelines. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety measures, and maintain quality control. • Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports to senior management. • Support project commissioning, ensuring all systems and components are operational, installed per manufacturer specifications and design, and meet performance requirements. • Assist with system programming and troubleshooting. • Oversee project closeout activities, including final inspections, punch lists, and handoff to the client and/or Operations and Maintenance team. • Be available for overnight or weekend work for critical activities, such as shutdowns.

• Oversee construction activities at assigned jobsite • Ensure work is performed safely and meets productivity and quality goals • Provide guidance and mentorship to crew members • Assist with project documentation and ensure accurate accounting of productivity metrics • Prepare construction sites for building, demolition, or excavation • Work with Superintendent onsite and other foremen to develop daily job tasks • Transport tools and other construction equipment to and from construction sites • Operate heavy earthmoving equipment such as dozers, loaders, scrapers, excavators or motor graders while leading a crew • Adhere to all safety rules, guidelines, and codes • Maintain records of time worked and materials used
