IT Operations Engineer

• Own the administration of the Identity Provider and manage the full employee IT lifecycle • Handle backend management of essential internal tools and optimize workflows • Implement and maintain device policies across Windows and macOS endpoints • Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues and proactively identify trends
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- Strong hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management using JumpCloud or similar
- Comfortable administering Google Workspace or M365
- Proficient with ITSM tools, ideally Jira Service Management
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Scripting skills to automate administrative tasks (Preferred)
