Job Description

Production Test Engineer

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc.

• Analyzing and dispose abnormal production testing problems in subcon testing factory, including setup abnormalities, process abnormalities, and post-testing data abnormalities, etc. • Import production testing solutions/processes/systems/etc. from MPS factory to subcon testing factory. • Realize company’s capacity expansion at the subcon testing factory. • Investigate and follow up the quality cases in subcon’s testing factory, and drive the complete resolution. • Collaborate closely with the subcon’s factory to jointly research and develop new solutions for quality improvement, efficiency improvement, and cost reduction. Provide clear reports on these solutions and improvements. • Collaborate closely with product PTE to complete daily maintenance of test hardware and software. • Strongly support other engineering team for subcon production test related cases.

Job Requirements

  • BS or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Micro-Electronic, Automation, Instrument Science & Engineering or relevant, 3+ years’ related experience.
  • Good knowledge on analog/digital circuit, programming language (minimum is C).
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin and English (reading & writing).
  • Willing to travel in China and worldwide subcontractor.
  • Working experience in power IC testing area is a plus.
