IT Recruiter – ERP Systems

• Support full-cycle recruiting for ERP and IT roles, including functional and technical positions • Recruit across ERP platforms such as Oracle (EBS and Cloud), SAP, PeopleSoft, and Dynamics, as well as related IT roles • Review job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies • Conduct candidate screens to evaluate technical skills, functional expertise, and federal contracting experience • Support proposal staffing, project ramp-ups, and contract expansions • Manage multiple open requisitions in a high-volume environment • Recruit for time-sensitive and hard-to-fill roles aligned to proposal and delivery timelines • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships across ERP and IT skill sets • Develop and manage long-term talent pipelines for ERP, IT, and federal contracting roles • Maintain regular communication with candidates to support ongoing engagement • Support compensation discussions, including presenting offers and responding to candidate questions • Use ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) to post roles, track candidates, and maintain accurate documentation
Job Requirements
- 4–6 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
- Experience recruiting for ERP and/or IT roles
- Experience supporting federal contracts preferred
- Familiarity with compensation discussions and offer processes
- Experience recruiting primarily for W2 employment
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and interested in long-term growth with the company.

Role Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Recruiter (Non-IT) to support full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based clients.
