• Mid-level ServiceNow Consultant focused on the ServiceNow platform. • Service Catalog management and workflow configuration. • Requirements gathering and process mapping. • Data analysis and assessment of consolidation impacts. • User communication and training design.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with the ServiceNow platform: service catalog management, workflow configuration, and form design.
  • Requirements gathering: stakeholder interview techniques, process mapping, and gap analysis.
  • Data analysis: interpretation of usage analytics and assessment of consolidation impacts.
  • Change management: user communication, training design, and adoption strategies.
  • Project management: tracking milestones, coordinating with stakeholders, and risk mitigation.
  • Technical skills: configuration of ServiceNow catalog items and modification of workflows; SQL/reporting for usage analysis and metric generation; documentation and process-mapping tools; development of basic training materials.
  • Stakeholder management: experience working with service owners and IT support teams; ability to facilitate workshops and reach consensus on consolidation decisions; strong communication skills for executive reporting and user change management.
  • Advanced English.
