Job Requirements
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform: service catalog management, workflow configuration, and form design.
- Requirements gathering: stakeholder interview techniques, process mapping, and gap analysis.
- Data analysis: interpretation of usage analytics and assessment of consolidation impacts.
- Change management: user communication, training design, and adoption strategies.
- Project management: tracking milestones, coordinating with stakeholders, and risk mitigation.
- Technical skills: configuration of ServiceNow catalog items and modification of workflows; SQL/reporting for usage analysis and metric generation; documentation and process-mapping tools; development of basic training materials.
- Stakeholder management: experience working with service owners and IT support teams; ability to facilitate workshops and reach consensus on consolidation decisions; strong communication skills for executive reporting and user change management.
- Advanced English.
