• Support in implementing and further developing Business Continuity Management (BCM) and IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) • Participation in risk analyses, Business Impact Analyses (BIA), and assessment of IT dependencies • Creation, maintenance and enhancement of emergency manuals, IT recovery plans, and recovery strategies • Support for technical and organizational tests (e.g., restart tests, emergency drills), including evaluation and optimization of results • Analysis of existing IT infrastructures and critical services with a focus on availability requirements and defined recovery times • Participation in projects to increase IT resilience, e.g., by designing redundancy concepts, cloud/hybrid strategies, or security measures • Documentation and presentation of deliverables for clients and internal stakeholders • Active contribution to the development of internal methods, tools, and templates in the BCM/ITSCM area

• Support and care for clients with empathy and expertise to improve their personal health and wellbeing goals. • Undertake coordination of supports and wellbeing services for a highly engaged and motivated client population. • Provide initial early intervention Triage with clients, supporting both physical and mental health services. • Undertake relevant case coordination activity including liaison with all stakeholders; provision of email updates; and creation of appropriate documentation such as treatment plans or other documentation as required.
