• Assist in the development of flight and ground test plans and schedules in support of aircraft development and modification efforts • Coordinate test activities with test teams, engineers, aircrew, maintenance personnel, and program management • Define test objectives, required conditions, instrumentation needs, and success criteria for test events • Ensure compliance with ground and flight safety requirements, regulatory standards, and program procedures • Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test cards, procedures, and test reports • Track test progress, discrepancies, and corrective actions to support program execution • Support risk assessments, safety reviews, and test readiness reviews • Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure test readiness and operational coordination • Analyze scheduling impacts and work with the test team to align activities with program milestones and timelines

• Work with the team to identify test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and performance benchmarks based on functional and non-functional requirements. • Guides the team on establishing and implementing a complete testing strategy, leveraging a deep understanding of the Test Pyramid. • Serve as a technical testing leader by driving innovation on the team through research, prototyping, and advancing new testing approaches. • Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, scripts, and reports. • Help the team build and maintain the test automation suite with production-level code that adheres to SOLID principles and clean-code standards. • Experience in batch testing and big data testing. • Work in an agile development environment, collaborating with the team to deliver quality software iteratively. • Develop end-to-end software test frameworks, test suites, and tools to validate product-specific features and use cases. • Monitor and analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team for rapid iteration and improvement. • Perform creative exploratory testing of new features and products. • Incorporate automated tests into our continuous delivery pipeline. • Execute automated tests to validate software functionality, performance, and scalability. • Identify, triage, and document software defects using bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and collaborate with the development team to prioritize and resolve issues. • Conduct root cause analysis and contribute to the resolution of complex technical problems. • Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolutions. • Ability and willing to assist with all tasks within an Agile scrum team; writing stories, development & manual testing. • Understanding of Agile Testing Quadrants, Behavior Driven Development, ATDD/TDD. • Support both manual testing and test automation efforts by actively participating in hands-on testing to gain product knowledge, identifying automation opportunities, and contributing to the development and expansion of regression test suites.
