Role Overview: The Brand Protection Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, monitoring, and mitigating instances of online fraud, scams, and intellectual property infringement. In this role, you will manage brand protection tools such as Bustem & other core tools provided by direction of the Sr. Brand Protection Manager in helping monitor platforms to identify fraudulent websites, ads, and marketplace listings. This is a hands-on operations role that involves daily monitoring, coordinating takedowns, solving IP related concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to protect the brand. In being the first line of defense against online abuse, you will help drive team growth and operational efficiency.
