• proactively reaching out to new potential customers and pre-qualifying leads to ensure ecosio’s offering fits with the prospect’s needs • researching for important contact details, finding potential customers, generating initial touchpoints through social media, webinars, phone calls, email etc. • traveling on a 30-40% of your time (to events, fairs, company events etc) • coming up with new lead generation ideas and implementing them in cooperation with your team lead and your team • tracking all data in Salesforce on a regular basis, ensuring to follow up on your prospects accurately and building the necessary relationship
Job Requirements
- 6 months of experience in cold calling and strategic outreach is preferred, but if you have strong motivation and the right attitude, we would still love to hear from you
- self initiative to exceed KPIs including outreach volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities
- German (C2) and English fluent is a must. Additional languages such as Italian, French or Spanish are an advantage
- comfortable navigating through changes in the company
- the power of persuasion and the talent to quickly win over your counterpart
- enthusiasm for technical topics
- strong communication and organizational skills
