We’re mid-migration to a Sanity + Next.js + Vercel stack, currently in flight with an agency. Depending on timing, you’ll either work alongside the current agency to complete the migration or take it over from them directly. Either way, you’ll establish the development standards and own the outcome. This is a team-of-one role. That’s not a disclaimer – it’s the design. We’re hiring someone who operates with force multiplication in mind: - You’ll deploy AI agents and development automation to handle volume work so you can stay focused on architecture, judgment calls, and what actually moves the needle. - You’ll have agency support on the SEO strategy side – your job is to execute that strategy technically with precision and speed.
