Senior Manager, Partner Management

Circle

• Reporting to the VP, Payments & Enterprise, Americas, responsible for driving adoption and growth across Circle’s product portfolio to key partners • Responsible for bringing first-of-kind partnerships from early-stage design through to launch, activation and growth • Work with cross-functional team members across Circle’s Business Development, Product, Legal, Marketing, and Compliance teams • Manage onboarding, operations needs, strategic growth initiatives, escalations, and day-to-day requirements • Develop and maintain lasting partnerships with top accounts • Provide creative direction to business leadership and identifying and driving shared goals • Define a comprehensive relationship strategy with each partner including building strong working relationships with leadership for executive sponsorship, business reviews, product adoption, campaign management, and ideas on how initiatives can improve partner's long-term value

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of Account Management or Business Development experience
  • A background in Payments, fintech, banking, or digital assets
  • Familiarity with navigating large, complex Enterprise organizations
  • Ownership mentality, grit, resiliency, and an optimistic attitude
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of a partner's business, goals and use cases
  • Obsession with customer success: your number one responsibility is to ensure your customers' best interests and growth by driving solid, tangible outcomes
  • Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development
  • Brazilian Portuguese/English/Spanish language skills are a strong preference
  • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite
