• Build and maintain relationships with resellers and integrators. • Collaborate with other departments to analyze market signals and influence company decisions on pricing, positioning, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. • Use customer and market data to optimize GTM strategy, including resource allocation and geographic focus. • Lead and continuously improve the end-to-end sales process, including automation, material creation, and team development. • Coordinate the entire customer experience within Sales in close collaboration with Growth, Product, and Tech teams. • Lead the Customer Success team, identifying upsell opportunities and additional use cases beyond contract renewals. • Plan and allocate resources for upselling and renewal priorities based on data analysis. • Measure and optimize sales processes daily based on customer and team feedback. • Manage the entire sales pipeline, testing and implementing new sales tactics to drive growth. • Work closely with key stakeholders within customer organizations to deliver tailored enterprise solutions. • Maintain deep product knowledge to act as a trusted advisor for customers. • Represent the company at industry events to build a network of partners and potential customers. • Coach and mentor the team with hands-on support and weekly guidance.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of sales experience, including at least 3+ years in a leadership role (ideally in SaaS or technology).
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a diverse customer base — from developers to government organizations.
- Successful track record of developing and executing sales strategies and scaling sales operations.
- Experience leading Customer Success or sales teams, with a focus on upselling, retention, and excellent customer experience.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to act as a competent product representative to customers.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to share valuable market insights.
- Proactive, data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization of sales performance.

About the team Product Sales is a new team of deep functional and technical specialists who both lead and advise on deals to drive business and adoption of our payments products for new Airwallex customers. You will use your sales and product expertise to help drive adoption of our software products into new Airwallex customers. You will collaborate with the core sales and account management, marketing, product, and partner teams to develop deep product and industry knowledge. You will be instrumental in leading in depth product discussions with prospective customers, while helping to continually test, build and execute against our go to market strategy. The Manager of Sales Compensation will play a vital role in leading the end-to-end global sales commissions plan for the EMEA/APAC regions, including generating individual compensation plans, creating calculation inputs, and performing monthly calculations for commissions payout.
